Admission Procedure (For New Enrollment)
Welcome to our Admission Section! We are delighted that you are considering D’Mount Valley School for your child’s education. Please carefully read the following admission procedure and document requirements based on the class of entry.
For NUR, LKG, and UKG
Required Documents:
- Photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of the Student’s Aadhaar Card
- 1 Passport-size photo of the student
- 1 Stamp-size photo of the student
- Photocopy of Parents’ Aadhaar Card
- 1 Passport-size photo of each parent
For Classes 1 to 9 and 11
Required Documents:
- Photocopy of Student’s Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of the Student’s Aadhaar Card
- 1 Passport-size photo of the student
- 1 Stamp-size photo of the student
- Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school
- Pen and Apaar ID
- Report Card of the previous class
- Photocopy of Parents’ Aadhaar Card
- 1 Passport-size photo of each parent
Entrance Test (If Applicable)
For students applying to Classes 1 to 9 and 11, an Entrance Test is mandatory (if applicable). The test assesses the academic level and ensures the student is placed in the appropriate class.
Result & Confirmation
Once the Entrance Test (if applicable) is conducted, the results will be shared with parents. Successful candidates will receive an Admission Offer Letter. The offer will be confirmed after the payment of the necessary fees.
Submit the Application
After gathering the required documents, fill out the Admission Form available at the school office. Read the Admission Form carefully and fill in the form as instructed. Please ensure that all fields are filled correctly to avoid any delays in the processing of your child’s admission.
Fee Payment
To secure your child’s seat, the required admission fee must be paid within the stipulated time mentioned in the admission offer letter. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience.
School Orientation
After the fee payment, parents and students will be invited to attend an Orientation Session to familiarise themselves with the school’s environment, rules, and regulations.
Start of Classes
Once all formalities are complete, your child will be enrolled, and classes will begin as per the school’s academic calendar.
